What this site stores, and what it does not
Reading this site stores nothing about you. Two forms — the enquiry form and the message form — keep what you type into them, so that a person can reply. That is the whole of it, and the detail is below. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Reading the site
nothing collected- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts. The pages make no request to any third party.
- Fonts come from this site, not from a font service.
- Search runs in your browser over a file this site serves. What you type into it is not sent anywhere.
- The coverage check on the before-you-appeal page also runs in your browser and sends nothing.
- One setting is kept in your browser: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the technical details every web request carries — such as your IP address and browser type — in order to deliver the page and protect the site.
If you send an enquiry
only if you send it- What you type
- The product you asked about, your email, what you need, and — only if you fill them in — your name, role, organisation, which description fits you and how soon.
- Recorded with it
- The IP address and browser type the request came from, used to spot abuse of the form.
- Counted, not identified
- A tally of enquiries per product per day, which holds no personal information.
If you send a message
only if you send it- What you type
- What it is about, your email, an optional subject, and your message.
- Recorded with it
- The page you sent it from, and the IP address the request came from.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
Kept in a database on Cloudflare
operated by this project and read only by the person who runs the site, through a password-protected dashboard.
Never sold, never shared, never used for advertising.
We do not sell or share personal information, including as California's Consumer Privacy Act defines those terms.
No mailing list.
You get a reply to what you asked, by email, and nothing else.
Kept until you ask, or until it is no longer needed to answer you.
There is no automatic deletion schedule yet — so if you want something gone, ask, and it is deleted.
Please do not send health information. Neither form asks for it, and nothing about your condition, treatment or denial is needed to answer you. If you sent something by mistake, ask for it to be deleted below. If you are appealing your own denial, the DMHC Help Center helps at no cost — 1-888-466-2219.
See or delete what you sent
read by a personChoose “Delete something you sent us”, or ask a question about what we hold. Use the email address you used before, so we can find it and confirm. The same applies to anyone in California exercising the right to know or to delete.
